Diversity in a small range! Edible plants everywhere!

Updated: Apr 23, 2023

In a world where we are becoming increasingly disconnected from nature, it's important to find a connection wherever possible. I was recently weeding my community orchard plot and noticed such a wide variety of edible plants. You can see the yellow circle in the first picture, this contains six very noticeable edible plants. In the following photos you will see, in order, spinach, silverbeet, purslane, mallow, tomato, and fat-hen. There was also a frog, I'm not sure that's edible though so it's best we don't eat anything we can't identify.
