What an incredible restaurant by Nornie Bero. Nornie is from Torres Straight Island originally and has been a chef using Australian ingredients for over twenty-five years. I love exploring the businesses we have available in Victoria that showcase the incredible plants we have. Check out the pictures. I had an emu heart skewer and croquette with native ingredients. If you're in Melbourne, Fed Square, this place is a must. There are not many places where you can truly experience the taste of Australia, but here you can.
